Mental Impulse Charged My Card During Free Trial and Gave No Explanation

I tried the Mental Impulse app because it advertised a 3-day free trial, but just a few hours after downloading it, I canceled my subscription — and still, ₺939 was charged to my card. I only realized what happened after checking my credit card statement. There was no email notification or explanation sent to me about the payment.

Please take immediate action and issue a refund. Has anyone else here managed to resolve this issue?
