I came across the Mental Impulse app through an Instagram advertisement. While exploring the app with the 3-day free trial option, a discount wheel appeared on the screen. I spun it, and somehow, it automatically activated a one-year subscription without my intention. The payment was charged to my phone bill shortly after.

I want to cancel my subscription and get a full refund for this unintended charge. This was clearly an accidental subscription, and I request that the issue be resolved immediately.
