I Face Unwanted PayPal Impulse App SL Subscription Charges
I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription payment labeled as “PayPal Impulse App SL” that has been charged to my account for around 6 months, with a total of approximately 51 USD taken. I did not intend for these recurring charges to continue, and I want this subscription to be cancelled immediately so that no further payments are taken from my card. In addition to this, I have forgotten my PayPal password, and I have been unable to change or reset it. The system does not allow me to proceed with the password change process, which makes it even more difficult for me to manage or cancel this subscription and control the charges on my account. I am using PayPal in Quebec, Canada, and I request the immediate cancellation of the “PayPal Impulse App SL” subscription and that no further attempts are made to charge my credit card. I also ask for help in resolving the issue with my password so that I can regain full access to my account and prevent similar problems in the future.
