I signed up for a 3-day free trial on an app called Mental Impulse. I used it for only one hour and then canceled my trial membership, yet a payment of ₺224.90 was still withdrawn from my account. If I had wanted to pay, I would have done so myself — how can you charge me without my consent?
This is completely unacceptable, and I demand that my money be refunded immediately.
