On November 16, 2025, I downloaded the Impulse brain training app from the Google Play Store on my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G Android phone in Gaziantep. Even though the app clearly stated that it offered a three-day free trial, $5 was charged to my account on the same day at 12:26 AM without my consent. I did not create any subscription or membership.
There is no active subscription shown under the Subscriptions section in the Google Play Store, and there is no option to cancel anything. I do not accept being charged without my permission.
I request that this issue be corrected and that the $5 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
