I Face Instant Charge on Impulse Brain Training App Despite 3-Day Free Trial

I started using the Impulse Brain Exercise mobile app on my Samsung A34 device. The app stated that it offered a 3-day free trial period, but less than 20 minutes after installing it, I noticed that ₺939.99 had already been withdrawn from my bank card. Since the app didn’t meet my expectations, I canceled my subscription immediately. However, despite the free trial being advertised, the payment was charged instantly, leaving me financially affected.

The transaction took place on August 21, 2025, under the name Impulse Premium [1 year] (Impulse - Brain Training Games), with order number gpa.3375-0480-6898-77082. The total amount charged was ₺939.99 (VAT included). I posted my complaint in the app’s review section and then submitted a refund request, but I haven’t received any response so far.

Since the payment was taken before I could even use my free trial, I request that my refund be processed immediately and that the charged amount be returned to my bank account.
