I have been using the Mental Impulse app and, despite cancelling my subscription, the company continues to withdraw money directly from my bank card without my authorization. This is an ongoing issue and, after cancellation, more than 300 USD has been taken from my account in total. The payments are taken directly from my bank card rather than through an app store, and I am based in the United States. I have tried to resolve the issue, but the problem persists and unauthorized withdrawals continue even though I no longer wish to use the service and have already cancelled. With this complaint, I request the immediate and permanent cancellation of any Impulse subscription linked to my bank card, a full refund of all unauthorized charges exceeding 300 USD, and written confirmation that no further withdrawals will be made from my account.
