Mental Impulse App Shows Refund Completed but Money Not in Account

While I was playing a game, a subscription notification popped up, and I accidentally subscribed to the Mental Impulse app. Shortly after, ₺930 was withdrawn from my account. I requested a refund, but even though it’s been three days, the money still hasn’t been returned.
When I check the system, it says “refund completed”, but the money hasn’t reached my account yet. I would like to know what I need to do next and request that my refund be finalized immediately.
