Unauthorized Impulse Premium Charges Appear on Vodafone Bill

59

Between October 17, 2025, and October 31, 2025, I downloaded an Android app called “Impulse Premium” published by gmrd Apps Limited. As soon as I realized the app was paid, I immediately uninstalled it and did not start any subscription.

Despite this, I later discovered on my Vodafone phone bill that I had been charged $7 per week, four times, for a total of $25. These charges appeared even though I did not use the app and did not receive any service.

I request that all unauthorized charges reflected on my bill be refunded to me, and I expect a fast resolution to this issue.
