I still haven't received the order number DHZ81I that I made from Mango on March 16, 2023. I made the purchase through the app. I sent 2 e-mails and talked to the customer representative 2 times, but there is no clear answer even though I have reached them, they keep saying what I know, neither the transaction can be canceled, nor the money refunded, nor any product I have received. They say it's coming from Spain, but it's stuck in customs, I can't understand why you put a product that is not within the borders of the country on sale and hurt people. Returns are also made within 30 days of placing the order. Since the product does not arrive within 30 days, I don't know how the return process works, but it is unthinkable for such a big brand to suffer so much. I request that I be contacted as soon as possible and that my product be sent.
