I made a purchase from Mango online on December 18, 2023, and the product was shipped on the same day. However, I couldn't track it, as there is no cargo tracking number. Despite the expectation of delivery the next day, it did not arrive, and I waited for two days. In the application, it shows as in transit, but there is no tracking available. Attempts to contact Mango proved futile, and my messages went unanswered. I also reached out on Twitter, where they finally responded, stating it would take up to 22 business days due to the shipment originating from Spain – an astonishingly long time.
I've requested cancellation multiple times, but they insist it's not possible. So here I am, two weeks later, with 12 business days passed, and it seems I won't receive the cargo until mid-January. This is both frustrating and unacceptable. Items purchased alongside mine are delivered promptly, and despite their stock being regularly updated, my shipment takes an absurdly long 22 business days.
I haven't received the invoice yet, adding to the confusion. I'm determined to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court, as I've paid ₺1500 for a product that neither arrives nor gets canceled. Mango's lack of communication, explanation, and customer service is disheartening. This experience feels like a joke, and I want my money back. If you are considering shopping from Mango online, think twice, or even thrice. This company tends to victimize its customers, and it's truly a shame.
