Mango makes you suffer. They do not refund the money for the product that I did not receive. I shopped online on 26.12.2023. It is now January 7, 2024, and the cargo still hasn't arrived. I called, and they say the product would come from Spain, insisting I must wait for 22 days. When I requested to cancel the product, they told me they wouldn't cancel it before it reached me. Mango is causing great regret. Tomorrow, I will also apply to Consumer Rights.
