Mango's Unfulfilled Promise: How I Wasted Two Weeks Waiting in Vain for My Gift

As a gift for someone, I recently purchased a women's coat from the Mango app. They assured me that the product would be delivered within 10 working days, so I placed my order on January 30, 2023, in good faith. However, when I contacted Mango customer service on February 14, 2023, I was informed that the product was still in Spain and would not arrive in Turkey for another week. After the product arrives in Turkey, it will take an additional week to deliver, making the total time two weeks. After two weeks and ten working days, the product is still not out of the warehouse in Spain. I asked for cancellation but was told it was not possible. Mango's refusal to cancel the order or send the product is a clear attempt to deceive its customers. I am disappointed and highly advise Mango to accept responsibility and correct the situation.
