On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, I experienced a serious problem with the delivery of my Mango order, which was supposed to be delivered by Hepsijet. The tracking number of my Mango order is Mango200000883072.
While waiting for the delivery of the order I placed nearly three weeks ago, I checked the shipment status online during the day. At 14:17, I saw that the package had departed from the Büyükçekmece distribution center. However, at 14:33 — just 15 minutes later — I noticed that the return process had been initiated on the grounds that I had “refused the delivery.”
I live in a village that is one hour away from Büyükçekmece, so the idea that the courier allegedly came to my address and that I supposedly refused the delivery all within 15 minutes is completely unrealistic and not believable. During that time, I received only one call, which I couldn’t answer because I was in class. I then called back eight times, and none of my calls were answered. Without even offering me an alternate pickup point, the courier immediately moved to initiate the return process — which is unacceptable.
Since I live in a difficult-to-reach area, I specifically rely on courier services. Despite this, my calls were not returned, I couldn’t reach any customer representatives, and a false “recipient refused delivery” note was applied as if I had rejected it myself. This whole process caused me stress and significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and prevented me from receiving my order.
Due to Hepsijet’s incorrect and consumer-unfriendly handling of the situation, I request a full investigation into my order and that such inaccurate “delivery attempted / refused by customer” records be prevented going forward. Customers should be properly informed and given a reasonable amount of time. I would also like Mango to be notified of this incident so they are aware of the courier company they are working with.
