Mango Withheld My Refund After Return via Trendyol Despite Confirmation of Delivery
I returned my items using the return code 7250018065384319, order number 9533336701, through Yurtiçi Kargo for Trendyol, and the products were delivered to the Mango warehouse on October 25, 2024. However, both the items and the amount I paid appear to be withheld, as indicated by the return rejection from Mango in the system and my conversations with Trendyol. I request an immediate refund for these items. When I sent the products back to Mango, I purchased an XL-sized box from the courier company and packed the items in front of a security camera. Following advice from my lawyer, under the Distance Sales Contract, Mango is my point of contact. Since the product return was rejected by Mango in the Trendyol system, the refund cannot be processed there. Therefore, I ask that the refund be credited to my credit card or sent to my IBAN number as soon as possible.
