Mango Sent Me Someone Else’s Order and Hasn’t Processed My Return
On March 21, 2025, I ordered a bag from Mango. My order number is EI08FC. However, despite waiting for it excitedly, I received the order of a girl living in Türkiye Denizli instead. The outer packaging had a barcode with my information, but when I opened it, there was an invoice that wasn’t mine and a pair of trousers with the order number EI08CS. Due to this cross-shipment, I contacted customer service, and they told me to return the item. I returned it, but I haven’t heard back from the courier for days. I contacted Yurtiçi Kargo, and a staff member informed me that the package had reached them and was in the warehouse, and that I would receive a refund. However, more than 10 days have passed, and despite their mistake, they continue to cause inconvenience without taking any responsibility. This was not a voluntary return — it was due to their own error, yet they are still not processing the refund. I will never shop from such an irresponsible brand again. It’s not even a small business — it’s a global brand, but they’ve also become a global leader in irresponsibility. Moreover, they constantly have stock issues and cancel orders without informing customers.
