Mango Delivery Taking Too Long – No Update From Customer Service
I placed an online order from Mango’s website (Order No: ES0QXX) and paid ₺9,604.00 by credit card. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time was 6 days, but 4 days have already passed, and my order still hasn’t been delivered.
On October 15, 2025, I contacted Mango customer service. During the call, I was told that since September 25, 2025, their warehouse in Turkey has been undergoing transportation and relocation, which is why orders are not currently being shipped. However, this important information is not mentioned anywhere on Mango’s website — I only found out after calling customer support. Moreover, no exact delivery date was provided; I was only told that the order would be shipped “as soon as possible” and that I could cancel it if I wished — which I chose not to do.
I request that my order be shipped as soon as possible and that Mango provide clearer, more transparent communication about delays that affect its customers.
