Mango Shipped the Wrong Item - Exchange Problems

I got a product from Mango's website on November 27, 2023, but it was the wrong one. I gave it back the same way. But I've already paid for my item, and I still haven't been able to find out what's going on with it. Where and when will my item be delivered? Whenever I talk to customer support, they always say that the item is either getting ready to be shipped or has already been shipped, but the courier service doesn't know about it. I can't see my item, and I want it to be shipped right away or canceled. If the item can't be shipped within three weeks, there should be a reason given.
