Cannot Process Mango Return – Order Not Displaying Properly on Account

I placed an order with Mango on November 5, 2024, for two items. Today, November 7, only one item was delivered via Yurtiçi Kargo, while the other item remains in the "preparing" stage. However, when I check my order history, only the undelivered item shows up in my account; there’s no record of the item I already received. I would like to return the delivered item, but because it doesn’t appear on my account, I can’t access the return code or order number required for the process. I need assistance urgently to resolve this, as I plan to visit the return location tomorrow. Mango, please help me access my order details so I can complete the return smoothly.
