On November 30, 2024, I purchased an item from Mango’s online store. Even though the delivery date had passed, the order was not shipped. I received an apology email from Mango, stating the delay and promising that the product would be dispatched soon. However, despite messaging customer service, I never received a response.
Today, December 19, 2024, I received an email saying my order was canceled because the item was no longer available. Yet when I checked the website, the product, including the size I ordered, is still listed as available. It’s also shown as in stock at several stores.
If the product was truly unavailable, why was it listed during the sale period? This situation is incredibly frustrating. Mango, as a corporate brand, should not mislead customers by showing stock that isn’t actually available. I will think twice before purchasing from Mango again.
