Ordered Two Items from Mango Online—One Never Delivered, No Help from Customer Service
On August 17, 2024, I ordered two items from Mango's website, order number E6V8VI. One of the items was delivered, but the other still hasn't arrived—even after more than a month. The delivery was supposed to take up to 22 business days. Just today, I spoke with customer service, and they had no information about my missing product. When I asked exactly where my item is, they vaguely said it had left the warehouse in Spain but couldn't provide any specifics. When I requested more detailed information, the representative raised their voice at me and simply repeated themselves. Customer service should inform customers, not raise their voices and cover up mistakes. They didn't even offer an apology. This is unbelievable. Mango, I expected better from you. Please resolve this issue promptly by delivering my item or issuing a refund.
