Mango's online shopping is so frustrating, super hard to get stuff there!! I ordered a bunch of stuff and when tried them on, wasn't feeling some of it. Gonna return those. But get this, Mango wouldn't give me my money back because they said the clothes weren't in their original condition. Can you believe it? Dude, this accusation is so ridiculous! The clothes fit like a glove and I treated them with total care, been trying to fix this issue for a while now and I've called Mango's customer service so many times. But the reps I talked to were not helpful at all and didn't offer any solutions. It sucks to see a big brand like Mango not being cool about returns and not helping their customers out. I need Mango do sth, can you please reconsider and give me a refund for the stuff I returned? It would really make me trust your brand again.
