Mango Unable to Process Exchange or Return
I bought two items from Mango during Black Friday. The items were delivered after a long time, and I thought it was due to high demand. When the items arrived, I found that the sizes were too large and decided to request an exchange. However, the website does not provide an option to submit an exchange or return request; only an existing form is available. I went to the courier service and manually filled out the form with all the details. Then, I contacted customer support and explained the situation but received responses that I already knew and did not offer assistance. When I checked the website, I saw that the sizes I needed were still available for purchase. Nevertheless, I received an email notification stating "your return has been accepted." The time spent turned out to be in vain. Let's see if the money will be refunded. It's not surprising that the exchange was not processed even when the item was in stock. I believe that customer support needs improvement; they struggle with communication and respond slowly. In the future, I will be more cautious when making online purchases.
