Mango Delays in Refund Processing and Lack of Assistance, No Way To Communicate

called Mango's customer service rep about five days ago, but it's like they just don't get what I'm saying because all they do is send automated responses. Whenever I ask a question, I always get the same boring response, it hasn't been 10 working days yet, it hasn't been 10 working days yet. I know it takes like 10 business days for the process. here's the deal, let me break it down for you: So, I sent back three packages and got an email saying they got two of them. The email said I'll get my refund in 10 working days. But, like, one of my return packages didn't get any updates about the refund. This ain't the first time I've dealt with this problem with Mango. It's like every time I have a bunch of returns, there's always some issue with one of them. So, when I hit up their customer service, they're like, your return hasn't even been logged yet. then I'm just sitting there, waiting for my refund for, like, a whole month. I had this thing happen to me recently when I ran into a similar situation, yet the customer service rep didn't even bother to help me out. I sent back three things, can you please process the refund for this last item as well?? three shipment barcodes: 119273323881, 119273323880, 119273323876. I'm not sure which barcode goes with the item you just need to look into this more, also my order number is DL9GP8. I really appreciate a smooth and easy shopping experience, and doesn't wish to go through this trouble again.
