called Mango's customer service rep about five days ago, but it's like they just don't get what I'm saying because all they do is send automated responses. I know it takes like 10 business days for the process. here's the deal, let me break it down for you: So, I sent back three packages and got an email saying they got two of them. The email said I'll get my refund in 10 working days. But, like, one of my return packages didn't get any updates about the refund. This ain't the first time I've dealt with this problem with Mango. It's like every time I have a bunch of returns, there's always some issue with one of them. So, when I hit up their customer service, they're like, your return hasn't even been logged yet. then I'm just sitting there, waiting for my refund for, like, a whole month. I had this thing happen to me recently when I ran into a similar situation, yet the customer service rep didn't even bother to help me out.
