Mango Delayed My Online Order for 13 Days and Gave No Clear Resolution

I placed an order for two items from Mango’s online store on 01.12.24. It has been 13 days now, and my order is still marked as "being prepared." Despite contacting customer service at least six times, I keep receiving different excuses. First, they said a refund would be issued, but when I called again, they claimed the refund hadn’t been processed and created a new request. On my last call, they told me no refund could be made until the other items were delivered. You haven’t even shipped the products in 13-14 days. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve been left frustrated. Mango customer service keeps giving the same responses instead of offering real solutions. A brand of this scale shouldn’t be so indifferent in handling such problems. I hope they resolve my issue soon!
