Madame Coco Nonstick Cookware Peeling After First Uses

I purchased an orange nonstick (teflon) cookware set from the Madame Coco official website. At first, I kept the set unused and sealed in its original packaging. However, when I finally started using it a few months later, the inner coating began peeling and deforming almost immediately after each use. This is extremely disappointing and has caused me significant inconvenience.

After noticing the issue, I emailed Madame Coco customer service with detailed photos of the damaged cookware. Their only response was to ask for images again, and despite resending them multiple times over the past two weeks, I haven’t received any clear solution or follow-up. I also visited the Madame Coco store in Muratpaşa, Antalya, but they couldn’t help either.

Since the product should be covered under warranty, I am requesting a one-to-one replacement with a defect-free cookware set. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and I hope Madame Coco will take responsibility for the poor quality and lack of support.
