I recently purchased a pot from Madame Coco, excited to add it to my collection. Unfortunately, after just the second wash, the pot began peeling, and its color faded. I hand-washed it carefully, but the wooden handle lost its color, and the gold details developed a dark discoloration.
I originally bought this pot with great enthusiasm, even intending to use it decoratively. However, when I had to use it by chance, I was shocked by how quickly it deteriorated. It’s deeply disappointing to experience this with a brand I’ve trusted and shopped from regularly.
Madame Coco, I expect a prompt response and a solution to this issue. Please address this and restore my confidence in your products!
