If Litmatch blocked your account on your device, here’s how you can try to log in or unblock your access again:

First, determine whether it’s a device ban or just an account suspension. If your account is blocked but the app works for others, it may be device-related.

Try uninstalling Litmatch and then reinstalling it. Before reinstalling, clear all app data by going to Settings > Apps > Litmatch > Storage > Clear Data.

If the ban persists after reinstalling, try using a different device or connect through a different internet network (e.g., switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data) to check if it's an IP/device ban.

Contact Litmatch support at [email protected]. In your email:

Include your username, phone/email tied to the account, and the date/time of the block.

Clearly state that you were blocked on your device and request clarification and review.

If you suspect this was an error, explain why and request a reinstatement.

Avoid creating multiple new accounts from the same device/IP, as it may worsen the block.
