Litmatch Account Suspended Until 2027 Over Age Verification

My Litmatch account was banned today even though I did not violate any rules, based on the claim that I am under the required age. I was not even actively using the app at the time, yet I received a notice stating that my account had been suspended until September 11, 2027.

I am 19 years old and meet the app’s age requirement. Despite this, the system treated me as if I were underage and suspended my account without giving me an opportunity to provide additional information or proof of my age.

I request that Litmatch take my actual age into consideration and restore my account after completing the necessary verification. I also request that this unfair restriction be removed once it is confirmed that I meet the app’s age requirement.
