Litmatch Account Banned After Accidental Wrong Word

I am a Litmatch user from Indonesia and my account, which is connected with my Google login, has been blocked since yesterday. When I try to log in, the application shows a warning that my account is banned until 4 October 2026 for allegedly violating the community rules, with BAN_ID 40485222. Before the ban, there was a wrong word that was accidentally sent, and I believe this may have caused a misunderstanding and triggered the block. I did not intend to violate any rules and I would like my situation to be reviewed fairly. I kindly request that my Litmatch account be unblocked as soon as possible and that the ban linked to BAN_ID 40485222 be removed so that I can use my account again.
