I understand that my ban was likely triggered because I once sent an inappropriate message while chatting with my close friends, and I accept that this may have violated the rules. However, I believe a permanent or long-term device ban is too heavy a sanction for this single situation, especially given that this is a social platform where warnings or temporary restrictions could be used instead. I kindly request that you review my account and device history in detail, remove the device ban if possible, and at least shorten the ban period.
