Litmatch iOS Account Suspended Without a Clear Reason

I was suddenly banned from my Litmatch account on the iOS app while I was simply listening to music in my room, even though I did not violate any rules. Although I did not engage in any behavior that violated the app’s community guidelines, I saw that my account had been banned on September 16, 2026, at around 10:45 PM, until October 15, 2026, as stated in the in-app warning.

I believe my account was banned by mistake or unfairly. I request that my account be reviewed, that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for the ban, and that the restriction be removed if no violation is found.
