Litmatch Wrongfully Banned My Account for Alleged Rule Violations

I am writing to report that my Litmatch account was banned without any valid reason and to request that this situation be reviewed. When I tried to access the application, I was faced with a warning stating that my account had been banned until 10/10/2027 for allegedly violating community guidelines. I did not commit any action that, to my knowledge, violates Litmatch’s rules, and I was not informed clearly about what specific behavior supposedly caused this ban. For this reason, I consider the ban to be unfair and disproportionate. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted, with my access to the Litmatch app fully restored. If there is any point that needs clarification, I am ready to provide information, but I expect a clear explanation and quick resolution so that I can use my account again.
