Litmatch Account Banned Despite No Offensive or Inappropriate Content

My newly created Litmatch account was banned until September 17, 2026, for allegedly violating the community guidelines. As shown in the screenshot I attached, whenever I open the app, I only see this warning message and cannot access my account.

After creating my account, I did not post or share any content that violated the rules. I did not engage in insults, profanity, harassing messages, inappropriate photos, or any similar behavior. Despite this, I believe my account was unfairly banned for an alleged community guidelines violation.

I request that Litmatch conduct a detailed review of my account records and, if there was no actual violation, immediately remove the ban and restore my access to the account. I also request a clear and specific explanation of the reason for the ban and ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
