Litmatch Device Ban Issued Without Explanation During Chat

While using the Litmatch app, I received a device ban on September 14, 2026, while I was chatting, and I have been completely unable to access the app ever since. When I open the app, my session closes and the screen disappears within a very short time, so I am also unable to take a screenshot of the ban notice.

I do not believe I used any insults, profanity, or engaged in any other behavior that violated the rules, and I was not given any explanation as to why my device was banned. Since I cannot access my account, I am currently unable to use the app or continue my conversations.

I request that my device ban be reviewed again, that it be removed if it was issued unfairly, and that the necessary steps be taken to allow me to log back into my account.
