LightInTheBox Has A Terrible Return Policy
I can't even begin to describe the emotional roller coaster that was my most recent pants order from LightInTheBox. First of all, fifteen days have passed since I placed the order, and you still have no idea what happened. Delays occurred during the customs process. I was hoping for a more promising beginning. They assured me that they would clear customs quickly once I contacted customer service. To my surprise, when the package finally arrived, the shirt I had ordered was missing. The issue of size follows. I used US measurements as a reference and acquired pants in XL, however they were a size too small. Is this for real? In fact, it's only getting worse! What did customer service have to say about this? So, they said I could return the items, but there's a catch: they won't cover the shipping costs. Wow, LightInTheBox, that is completely incorrect. Although a future order discount was also promised, it is safe to say that it will not be sufficient to make up for the entire ordeal. Their return policy has let me down in the end. It hasn't been easy, so I'm hoping they step up their game now.
