LightInTheBox Scam Website, Order Never Received
I first saw the website a few months ago and was hesitant to order anything from them because I had never heard of them before. However, when I saw the website again a few weeks later, I decided to give them a try. I placed an order for a few items and was excited to receive them.
A few days later, I received an email from LightInTheBox saying that my order had been delivered. However, when I checked with my local post office, they had no record of my package. I contacted LightInTheBox customer service and they told me to contact my local post office. I did this again and they still had no record of my package.
I have been trying to get a refund from LightInTheBox for over a month now, but they have been refusing to give me one. They keep telling me to contact my local post office, but I have already done this and they have no record of my package.
Hello, the product has arrived. Despite my request for size M, size L was sent. Moreover, it is very, very low quality. Additionally, I paid an extra 151 TL for shipping upon delivery.
