Unable to Track or Receive Refund for My Lightinthebox.com Order

I placed an order on Lightinthebox.com, and the app shows that my item should be delivered this month. However, the shipping company claims my package has been returned, and I haven't received a refund. I have no idea where my product is, and despite providing my phone number, no one has contacted me with any updates or information. This is extremely frustrating, and I need clarity on the status of my order. My tracking number is RG026192722CN. Lightinthebox, please resolve this issue and either deliver my item or process a refund as soon as possible.
