LightInTheBox Ignored My Order Stuck in Customs and Didn’t Issue a Refund

I purchased a product from LightInTheBox around December and completed the payment. However, the package got stuck at customs in a nearby city. I received a notice stating that I needed to go to customs within seven days to pay the postal and customs fees for shipment number 141, which was subject to customs duty.

I was never able to contact the sender or get any assistance from LightInTheBox, and I did not receive a refund either. The entire process has been frustrating, and I still haven’t received my order or my money back.
