• Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Locate the order that includes the incorrect item.
• Click the "Confirm Received"button to confirm that you received the package. Then fill out a "Return Or Exchange" ticket.
Choose which item you want to return or exchange, and explain why.
• For faster processing, use the "Pop-up notification" service. To begin the return or exchange process, click "Prefer to return".
• Fill out the form as completely as possible, and if necessary, upload photos that demonstrate the problem with the item.
When your return is approved, you will receive Return Instructions. You can fill out the form and return the item(s) promptly. Once they receive your package, they will process your return within 3 to 5 business days and issue you a refund.
Most importantly, LightInTheBox does not provide return slips or labels. In addition, LightInTheBox will not cover the cost of return shipping for items with no quality issues.
