On October 7th, I made a purchase and waited for about 15 minutes at the checkout counter. The transaction took an unusually long time to complete. When I got home, I realized the security tag was still attached to the item, so I had to return to the store for a 40-kilometer round trip. I also made the decision to return the item because I was dissatisfied with it. That's when the Sales Manager, B*** A****, informed me that they didn't have a return policy and advised me to contact the Arbitration Committee. Before returning to the store, I attempted to call the phone number listed on Google, but the numbers were incorrect, and the phone number on the receipt stated that they do not operate on weekends. It was a horrible customer service experience. When I mentioned that they had not informed me of their return policies during the purchase, the sales manager responded, "We don't have to mention it; nobody does." Inside the store, he showed me a return policy notice in tiny print. Is it reasonable to expect me to read and comprehend it? How would I decipher something written in Turkish if I were a foreign customer?
