Pandora Gift Exchange Request Denied at Ankara Armada
One of my students' parents bought me a gift from Pandora on June 2nd, which I received on June 14th. Due to the intervening holiday, I couldn't go for an exchange immediately. On June 21st, I visited your Ankara Armada branch (the product was still in its original, unopened box). The sales associate there didn't even look at the box, just checked the exchange card and said, "It's been 6 days, I can't make an exchange." They didn't even make eye contact with me. When I mentioned the official holiday, they neither listened nor showed any interest. It seems you only care about customers until the product is sold. I'm aware of my consumer rights, including the right to return or exchange. This dismissive treatment, without even looking at the customer, is disrespectful. I'm planning to take this matter to Consumer Court. It's ironic how salespeople won't leave you alone when you're buying, but won't even look at you after the sale. I know the legal process, and I intend to pursue this matter further.
