Oral-B Toothbrushes Keep Failing to Hold a Charge

I purchased an Oral-B Easy Clean rechargeable toothbrush from Şok Marketler on January 10, 2026. Shortly after I began using it, the device started operating intermittently. Even after being left on the charger for an extended period, it would not hold a charge. The red light remained on, and the device continued displaying a low-battery or “charge the device” warning.

Because of this issue, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. My case was opened under application number 2026/0550.132, and it is currently undergoing expert review.

On July 21, 2026, I purchased an Oral-B iO2 dual rechargeable toothbrush set in black and green from Teknosa. Unfortunately, I experienced exactly the same problem with this new product. The device also operates intermittently, fails to hold a charge, and displays a red low-battery light and charging warning after only a short period of use.

Oral-B does not provide a customer service email address on its official website, and there is no option to submit an email directly through the site. As a result, I have been unable to contact the company through a clear written support channel and have had to submit my complaint here.

Experiencing the same fault in two different Oral-B models has made me seriously concerned that there may be a broader manufacturing defect or charging-system problem affecting these products.

I request detailed written information explaining whether similar complaints have been reported for the Oral-B Easy Clean and Oral-B iO2 models, what the likely cause of the repeated charging issue may be, and what steps I should take next.

If necessary, I am prepared to send both products for technical inspection. I request that the relevant department thoroughly examine this issue and take the necessary steps to resolve my complaint and provide an appropriate remedy.
