Zaful Slow Responses, Complicated Steps, Why Can't It Be Simple?
The return process is too hard to understand and takes too much time, couldn't just print a return label and mail the it...em back… had to fill out a ticket and wait for a response, which never came earlier than 24 hours…for what seems like a simple return request, they are going through a long history
