Bosch Store Fails to Deliver Promised Service for Washing Machine Purchase
On April 1, I purchased a washing machine from the Ankara Antares Bosch store. Given that my old machine was malfunctioning and I was going on vacation, I asked for installation the next day, noting, "If not possible, I'll need to buy another machine, but I prefer Bosch." They contacted the store's management, who consented. When I called the next day to check about why I had not been notified, they denied any such arrangement, blaming it on a misunderstanding by the salesperson. However, the person who made the call was immediately next to me. Despite my efforts and explanation, they nonchalantly dismissed the problem, insisting on following usual procedures. When I wanted a refund, they stated I had to come in person and sign a form. I objected, citing my hectic schedule, and they stated that the reimbursement could not be processed without my attendance. It's the third day and I'm still getting the same useless attitude when I phone.
