My Nine West Bag Started Losing Color Within One Week

Approximately two months ago, I purchased a Nine West bag from the FLO store at Gebze Center in Kocaeli. The front of the bag was made from a combination of woven material and faux leather, while the back was entirely faux leather. Despite only using the bag for normal, everyday purposes, the color on the back began wearing away within the first week, revealing a black layer underneath. This seriously damaged my confidence in the product’s quality.

I noticed the problem around May 20, and the bag’s appearance has continued to deteriorate since then. I did not keep the receipt, so I currently have no receipt or invoice. However, the fact that the bag deteriorated so quickly suggests a manufacturing or material defect.

I am asking Nine West and FLO to consider the inconvenience caused by this rapidly deteriorating bag and repair it. If a repair is not possible, I expect the companies to offer another appropriate solution.
