Zaful Slow Responses, Complicated Steps, Why Can't It Be Simple?
The return process is too hard to understand and takes too much time, couldn't just print a return label and mail the item back… had to fill out a ticket and wait for a response, which never came earlier than 24 hours…for what seems like a simple return request, they are going through a long history of trade. This is silly and can't happen in today's fast-paced world where people expect things to be done quickly and efficiently, shows how broken their system is... should not be so hard for a simple return process, we don’t only shop here, we do this with a lot of companies everday and I don’t remember when was the last time I had to fight for something like this, enough.
