If Learna advertised itself as free but then charged you;

• Contact Learna support via in-app support or email and explain that you were charged after being shown a free offer
• Provide your account email, charge date/amount, subscription details, screenshots of the “free” claim, and payment proof

Ask them to;

• Explain why the charge occurred despite free advertising
• Cancel the subscription immediately
