Learna AI Subscription Charges Were Not Clearly Authorized
On June 6, 2026, I purchased the “Learna Pro 1 tuần (Learna AI: Học Tiếng Anh)” package through Google Play for a total amount of 292,222 VND. After completing the purchase, I noticed additional deductions and charges related to this service that I did not clearly authorize or do not consider justified.
Concerned about these unexpected charges, I contacted customer support and requested clarification regarding the deductions. Unfortunately, my request was not accepted, and I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or solution. As a customer, I believe that all subscription fees and recurring charges should be presented clearly and transparently before any payment is processed.
The lack of transparency regarding these deductions has caused frustration and has reduced my confidence in the service. I do not wish to continue using a service that charges my account in a manner that I do not fully understand or explicitly approve.
I respectfully request that all unverified deductions associated with my “Learna Pro 1 tuần” purchase be thoroughly investigated. I also request a full refund of any unjustified or unauthorized charges, as well as the immediate cancellation of any active subscriptions, recurring payments, or future billing related to this service. Finally, I would appreciate written confirmation once this matter has been reviewed and resolved.
