On February 1, 2026, at 01:17 AM, I accidentally started a monthly subscription for the English learning service on the Learna AI app. The monthly subscription fee appears as $625, and I do not want this subscription to continue.

The subscription is registered under the phone number 877649838** and the name Azylhanov Aset. I request that this subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges be made to me from this date onward.

I also ask to receive a clear and written confirmation that my subscription has been fully terminated.
